Jonathan Sharp

Jonathan was trained at National Academy of the Arts and the School of American Ballet, the official school of the New York City Ballet. While on full scholarship at SAB, he was trained by master teachers Stanley Williams, Peter Martins, Andrea Kramarevsky, Suzanne Ferrell, Alexandra Danilova, Suki Schorer, and Sean Lavery. After finishing his training there, he danced professionally with the Boston Ballet and the Pennsylvania Ballet. He was also a member of Stars of America Ballet (a touring group headlined by Robert La Fosse and Darci Kistler). He returned to NYC and appeared in the original casts of five Broadway shows: The Red Shoes, Carousel (1994 Tony winner for Best Revival), The Rocky Horror Show Live, The Dance of the Vampires and Fiddler on the Roof. He has also appeared on television as a contract player in the daytime drama Another World, as well as guest-starring on Law and Order and Gilmore Girls. Jonathan is a faculty member of Idyllwild Arts Academy, he also teaches and directs all over Southern California. Mr. Sharp is an ABT Certified Teacher for Primary to Level 5.


Patrick Cassidy

Patrick Cassidy, the artistic director of 5-Star Theatricals in Southern California, made his directing debut at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., teaming with conductor Marvin Hamlisch for a production of ďThe Music ManĒ that he starred in with his mom, Oscar winner Shirley Jones. Since then heís directed Jesus Christ Superstar at Western Michigan University, Oklahoma! at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, The Sound of Music at High Street Arts Center in California and was resident director for Showstoppers at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. As a performer, Patrick recently joined Chita Rivera, Tommy Tune and Heather Headley to the celebrate the 100th anniversary of the St. Louis Muny and he recreated dad Jack Cassidyís Tony-winning turn as Steven Kodaly in She Loves Me at Floridaís Wick Theatre. Other recent credits: Pharaoh in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (5-Star Theatricals), Sam in Mamma Mia! (Ogunquit Playhouse, Gateway Theatre), Zoser in Elton Johnís Aida (St. Louis Muny) and the premiere of his one-man show, Just Another Family Tree, in which he dishes about growing up in a family where everyone around the dinner table is in show business.
