Bella Hamm

Academy Apprentice, 2nd Year

Bella is a resident of Claremont and a senior in high school at Inspire Charter School and IPB Academy’s Morning Conservatory Program. Bella fell in love with ballet when she first saw Inland Pacific Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker. She immediately started taking classes and has been a student with IPBA since she was six years old. Bella has performed in IPB’s company productions  of The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid, and IPBA’s recitals of Coppelia, A Midsummer Nights Dream, and The Sleeping Beauty. Bella is also involved in musical theater and has performed in professional productions of Footloose, The Musical at the California Theater, and Bye Bye Birdie at Lewis Family Playhouse. She has been involved in musical theater productions through IPBA produced and directed by Joss and Zailyn Cano. Bella was cast as the lead in Mary Poppins Jr., and was Princess Jasmine in Aladdin Jr. Bella was featured with her parents on an episode of ABC’s travel show, “Vacation Creation” which took her to the Baltic Sea where she visited seven countries and highlighted a visit to St. Petersburg’s, Russia and Lithuania. Bella has attended summer intensives through IPBA, SAB’s young dancers program, Ballet West, and Joffrey Chicago. Bella is grateful to be an Academy Apprentice through IPBA and looks forward to a successful year. She is pursuing musical theater as her major next year in college.
